The power of compliment

It is very normal when a person have a good mood for a whole day because of a compliment. I guess a compliment is like a piece of art, it not only give people good mood, if we take a broad look, it is possible for us to use it to make changes to our society. My new idea is to build a system which could be placed at the public places, and give people compliments. If our society is a peaceful lake surface and the compliment is a small rock. Then the effect of the compliment would be just like throwing a rock into the lake surface, it occurs waves and waves expend a long way. The good mood would be the waves, they expends through connections of people, then a part of our society.
