Noise Painting

idea is to visually show people the noise level of different places in the city by using light painting techniques or record as a video. Make an arduino device which could transfer sound level into light signals. Use camera to record the light changing of places, thus, the noise level of the place. So the video will show viewers the noise level of different part of our city.
