Three buttons and one pot was used to test out the base of the instrument. The result was almost the same as what I thought. Three buttons could produce combinations to determine which note to play, and the pot was used to change the pitches of the notes. But there was a problem, when the pitch was set to the highest level, some of the notes couldn't be played properly. I will look into the issue, see if I could find any solutions.
