We are going to make a camera device to make some experimental videos. In order to take some videos that we normally can't take, we had a lot of initial ideas. Attaching the cameras to the ballon, then we can get a city view from the sky, with two cameras, maybe we can get 360 degree city views. But due to the weight of the cameras and device, I think we need a very big ballon to take the whole piece to the sky, and it's not easy to control the cameras in this way. I also thought about to use two cameras to make 3D video. Use two camera to take footages, then use After Effect to combine two footages to a 3D video. But the cost of 3D glasses will be a problem, as we can't afford glasses for everyone. And I also had an idea about pointing two cameras toward at a mirror ball to take 360 degree view video. Finally, we decide to go with the dog's point of view idea. We are going to make a equipment which we can fit on the dog's back. One of the camera shoots from the dog's neck, so it represents the dog's point of view. Another camera is about on 45 degrees towards up, it shoots the objects in front of the dog, as normally the dog's point of view is always quite low, but with this camera, we can see the bigger image in front of the dog. Combine the videos from both cameras, we will see what's in front of the dog, and what's dog's looking at. I think it's unique way to capture videos.
