This is the biggest problem to us so far, if we could not fix it, it will be wired for people, as if people moves left, in the video the people moves to right. We had spent about one and half days try to fix it. We did lots of research and tried lots of different ways, but we still couldn't fix it.
After we set up the projector and camera, we found that if we place the camera behind us, the video became normal, this was a good news for us. I think there are always more than one solutions for the problem. We couldn't fix the problem through software, but we fixed it through a physic way.
