As this project is for public displaying, so I think how to make the viewers get engaged in the work is the priority. At the first, I tried about 7 seconds for the delay, but it seems take a while for the viewers to realize what's happening. So I turned down the delay to 1-2 seconds, which made much easier for the viewers to get engaged. But the problem is, the short delay made the viewers spend less time on the work, which could reduce the viewer's understanding of the work. I think there are two ways to balance it, increase some of the slices' delay, so the delay range will be from 1 second to 7 seconds, or change the delay according to the motion detection.
